This site is a tribute to David Keiley, created on behalf of Hertfordshire County Council's School Appeals team and partners. David volunteered for many years on independent appeal panels, supporting thousands of families with school placements, permanent exclusions and transport. His contribution is very much appreciated.  He is much loved and will always be remembered.
